• The closest prediction, without going over, will win a trip to 2026 Funseekers, in Oahu, Hawaii, in January 2026
• Closest time prediction means the time, without going over, to the hour/minute/second when Dan Funk “finishes.” So you need to think of what time Dan can accomplish!
• This promotion is only for our customers. It is not for the general public or prospective customers.
• Winner invited to bring one additional person, to share accommodations.
• All 2026 Funseeker benefits; hotel, dining, ground transportation and special events are included.
• First class air tickets for two from winner’s choice of departure city
• Final details of the January 2026 Funseeker trip will be shared with the winner before Dec. 31st, 2024.
• Prize has no cash value  

RULES

What “Finishes” Means. Either:

• Official finish time for Dan Funk across the finish line of Ironman World Championship
• Or, if Dan cannot finish, for any reason, his "final time" will be the latest time check recorded on the ironman athlete tracker application."

• Contest is open to customers and dealers of Midwest Seed, NC+ or Crow’s.
• Online predictions can be submitted on (midwestseed.com, nc-plus.com, or crowsseed.com,)
• All online predictions must be completed by 12pm CST, October 25th, 2024
• Alternatively, you may submit a prediction via postcard entry, which must be postmarked before October 25, 2024.
• Postcard entries can be mailed to Kelly Kraning at 450 East Cedar Street, Pulaski, WI 54162. All mailed submissions must arrive to said address no later than October 25th, 2024.
• The customer or dealer must complete a transaction with Midwest Seed, NC+ or Crow’s in the 2025 season, and have account settled by July 1, 2025.
• New customers for 2025 season must have order booked by October 25th.
• Only 1 time prediction submission will be accepted per customer account.
• A second time prediction will be accepted for 500 Bushel Club members present at the kickoff meeting that was held in Sioux Falls on July 30-31, 2024
• If, for any reason, closest time prediction does not meet all rules, the next closest time prediction will be the winner.
• Management of Republic Regional Seed Network, LLC reserves the right to identify customer accounts of all predictions and of winning prediction.
• All customers will receive notification of their time prediction before the beginning of the Ironman World Championship race.
• This contest is only available for customers, as noted above. This is purely a promotional offering for customers. You may not assign any rights to participate in this contest to others. If you win, you may not assign your trip to others. We appreciate your business!
